Welcome to Vibhut. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibhut mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by MomeHQ ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you're using the Service on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at hello@momehq.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: learning about, sharing, and celebrating Hindu festivals, stories, and traditions. You agree NOT to:
Vibhut offers premium features through paid subscriptions:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's app store settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't issue prorated refunds.
Apple and Google handle payment processing; we don't receive your payment card details.
The free tier includes limited access to features, including a monthly limit on conversations with Mitra (our AI companion). Premium subscribers receive unlimited access to these features.
Specific limits and free tier features are described in the App and may change with reasonable notice.
Mitra is powered by Claude, an AI by Anthropic. Mitra is intended for cultural and educational discussions about Hindu festivals, mythology, and traditions. Mitra is not designed for and should NOT be used for:
If your child uses Mitra, we recommend supervision. While we filter content, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or off-topic. Use your judgment.
All content in Vibhut — including stories, illustrations, mantras, and educational materials — is owned by MomeHQ or licensed from third parties. You may use this content within the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, or adapt content outside the App without our written permission.
Messages you send to Mitra and any notes you create are yours. By sending content to Mitra, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service (e.g., generating responses, maintaining conversation history).
We do not claim ownership of your messages and do not use them for training AI models.
Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy for details about what information we collect and how we use it.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
If we terminate your account for cause (e.g., abuse, fraud), we don't refund subscription fees.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate at all times. AI responses may contain inaccuracies; use your judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomeHQ's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
